Package A vs. Package B: Engineered for Overseas & Long-Haul Logistics

1. Package A — Complete Demountable Flat-Pack Container (8–10 Units / TIR)

Every component arrives in compact ~650 mm flat-pack bundles: base and roof chassis frames, 4 corner columns, insulated wall/roof sandwich panels, PVC windows, steel entrance door, floor board, gaskets, bolts, and surface-mounted electrical kit.

2. Package B — Bolt-Together Steel Frame Kit Only (16–28 Sets / TIR)

Designed for importers and regional manufacturers who source sandwich panels locally. Includes cold-formed 2.0–3.0 mm bottom/top frames, columns, purlins, corner crane lugs, and structural bolt set across 72 catalog models (HS 7308.90).

3. 4× Higher Shipping Density than Assembled Containers

A standard 13.60 m TIR carries only two assembled 3×7 m containers, and 3.00 m width exceeds standard sea container doors. Shipping 8 complete 2.40×6.00 m flat-pack units inside one 40' HC slashes customs/port handling and ocean freight per unit.

4. Weld-Free Bolted Field Assembly & Crane-Safe Packaging

Zero site welding required. Numbered parts assemble rapidly using standard wrenches, screwdriver drills, spirit level, and Ø 35 mm crane lifting hooks following our engineered C25/30 foundation manual.

FAQ · SerContainer

Frequently Asked Technical & Export Questions

What is the exact difference between Package A (Complete Flat-Pack) and Package B (Frame Kit)?

Package A includes the complete container (steel chassis, corner posts, sandwich wall/roof panels, door, windows, floor, and electrical kit — 8–10 units/TIR). Package B includes only the bolt-together steel skeleton (16–28 sets/TIR) so you can fit locally sourced panels.

How many complete flat-pack containers fit inside one 40' High Cube sea container?

Eight complete 2.40×6.00 m flat-pack containers fit cleanly inside a single 40' HC ocean container, cutting ocean freight per container by ~75% compared to shipping two units.

Is any welding required to assemble SerContainer flat-pack containers on site?

No. Both Package A and Package B use 100% precision bolt-together connections with EPDM weather seals and labeled fasteners.

Can sanitary (WC/shower) or 2-room office layouts also be shipped as flat-pack?

Yes. Partition wall panels, interior doors, PVC windows, and plumbing/electrical kits can be bundled into project-specific flat-pack export shipments.

How are flat-pack bundles priced?

Package B (72 steel frame kits) has transparent unit prices published across our catalog, while Package A (Complete Flat-Pack) is quoted via proforma according to panel core (EPS / Rockwool / PIR), layout, and TIR/40' HC quantity.
